1. Introduction & Applicability

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the 88fdb platform and all associated services. By accessing the platform, creating an account, or using any service, you are considered to have accepted all provisions of these Terms.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using 88fdb's services.

2. Definitions

The following terms used in these Terms and Conditions have the meanings set out below:

• "User" or "Member" refers to any person who holds a registered account on the platform.

3. Account Registration & Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

Anyone applying to use 88fdb's services must be at least 21 years of age. Accounts found to belong to minors will be closed immediately and all deposited funds will be returned.

3.2 Single Account

Each person may operate only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, all accounts will be closed immediately and related winnings may be forfeited.

3.3 Registration Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be true, accurate, and complete. Providing false information will be considered a violation of the Terms. 88fdb may request additional documents for identity verification at any time.

3.4 Geographic Restrictions

The user acknowledges that they are not located in any jurisdiction where the use of online gaming or betting services is prohibited. It is solely the user's responsibility to comply with applicable laws.

4. Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account username and password completely confidential. Sharing login details with any third party is prohibited. The account holder is responsible for all activities carried out through the account.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify the 88fdb support team immediately. 88fdb will not be liable for any loss that occurs before timely notification is made.

5. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

5.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

Funds can be deposited at 88fdb using the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. No deposit method is exempt from the minimum limit.

5.2 Withdrawal Process

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification (KYC) has not been completed.

5.3 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Transactions in foreign currencies are not accepted directly.

5.4 Refund Policy

Once a bet has been placed, it is non-refundable. However, 88fdb reserves the right to resolve transactions affected by technical errors at its discretion.

5.5 Third-Party Funds

Depositing or withdrawing funds using a third-party account other than a payment method registered in your own name is strictly prohibited. Violating this restriction will result in account suspension and the associated funds may be withheld.

6. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible for a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example: a deposit of ৳1,000 will receive a ৳2,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000. For deposits of ৳10,000 or more, the maximum bonus of ৳8,000 applies, giving a total balance of ৳18,000.

6.2 Wagering Requirement

A 15x wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. The calculation is based on the bonus amount only, not the deposit amount. For example: for a ৳2,000 bonus, ৳2,000 × 15 = ৳30,000 in wagers must be completed.

6.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer has a specific validity period which is stated in the offer details.
• Product-specific restrictions may apply to bets placed using bonus funds.
• Multiple bonus offers may not apply at the same time — check the terms of each offer separately.
• 88fdb reserves the right to make changes to the bonus program at any time.
• If evidence of bonus terms violation is found, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.

6.4 VIP Program

The 88fdb VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Bronze members receive a weekly cashback of up to 0.3%, Silver members up to 0.5%, and Gold members up to 0.8%. Tier advancement depends on regular and active participation on the platform.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Valid Bets

A bet is considered valid only when it has been successfully registered in the system and a confirmation message is displayed. Bets that are not properly registered due to technical errors will not be considered valid.

7.2 Technical Errors

If a software or hardware error causes an abnormal outcome in any game or betting event, 88fdb reserves the right to void that bet or round. In such cases, the original stake amount will be returned.

7.3 Sports Betting

The odds and terms set by 88fdb apply to sports betting. Official data from the relevant sports governing body is used to determine results. Sports betting is for entertainment purposes only.

7.4 Game Service Providers

Games available on 88fdb are developed by third-party software providers (e.g. Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, NetEnt, Microgaming, Ezugi). Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG).

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 88fdb platform:

• Money laundering or transacting with illegal funds.
• Exploiting the bonus program to gain unfair advantage (bonus abuse).
• Operating multiple accounts.

12. Account Closure & Suspension

12.1 Closure by the User

Any user may request the closure of their account at any time. In this case, the available balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned.

12.2 Suspension or Closure by 88fdb

88fdb may suspend or close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of the Terms.
• Evidence of fraud or suspicious activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification or provision of false information.
• Legal obligation or regulator directive.
• Self-exclusion request.

12.3 Balance Transfer

After an account is closed, the process of returning any valid balance will begin. For accounts closed due to a breach of the terms and conditions, the return of any balance will depend on the outcome of the investigation.

13. Changes to Terms and Conditions

88fdb reserves the right to change or update these terms and conditions at any time. In the case of significant changes, a notification will be sent to the accounts of registered users.
